All sales are considered final and despatch will be made within 72 hours of confirmation that payment has been made. But due to factors outside our control, please allow up to two weeks for delivery before reporting non-arrival of goods.

Items from Adult categories are only available for sale to people over the age of 18 who live in a place where it is legal to possess such items. By ordering anything from these categories you are affirming your legal right to make such a purchase.
Undelivered Items
If items remain undelivered after 14 days please send an email with details.
Returns
Should you have a problem with any item supplied you may return it in original condition within 28 days for exchange or refund of the item price. A return address will be included in your documentation for this purpose. That information may also be obtained by sending an email. Remember to include full details of your purchase.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer
