In order to get you started, we need a certain amount of information from you. The easiest way is to complete this online form which will automatically be sent to us when you click the button. If, for some reason, that does not work for you, just send the answers to us by e-mail using the Artist Liaison link opposite.

NOTE: We no longer take applications for Erotic Peril sites. Also we no longer take applications for sites which include torture, snuff, execution, cannibal, hanging, dismemberment, scat and bestiality

Live Site - a site which has regular updates and so membership billing recurs until the member cancels Archive Site - a site whose content never changes. Suitable for those who don't want to commit to updating. Membership billing is a one-time charge	Live Live Site Archive Site
The standard billing for memberships is a monthly cycle. Creators commit to giving at least a month's notice before closing their site. Optionally we can add on three monthly and six monthly payment options but they do commit a creator to be prepared to give a longer notice to allow all outstanding memberships to expire. Chosing six months also includes the three month option too . Three and six month billing is one-time. This does not affect live sites one-month billing which still renews as normal.
