I was paid a visit by a beautiful Thriller who mentioned that there wasn't much of me in my blog. He is right. I'll try to expose more of myself from here on in. It's challenging for me. Like many artists, I tend to be an introvert.
As you can see, the blog has not been updated as often as I'd hoped. Getting this updated is one of many things I feel behind on. Murphy's Law seems to be in full swing currently in my life. I've been finding myself wanting to pull my hair out far too often. Fortunately those around me are also the types with a lot going on and they've helped me cool out. Sometimes you just have to let go of control. Not the easiest thing to do when you have the personality that I do. ;-P
Rather than focusing on what I still have to do, I'll let you know what has gotten accomplished...
There are some fun new pieces in the singles gallery. When I first got the new computer, I thought I'd be whipping out a new piece every other day. It turns out that I've ended up creating these monster pieces with multiple charaters and I have become somewhat of a stickler for little details. I find myself quite often having to fight the desire for perfection. I want each piece to be better than the last. I've become a tad obsessed with producing higher and higher quality. I drive myself crazy.
Another step forward is putting together a short video slide show of my work on YouTube. You can view it HERE.
Knowing that I will be expanding into some animation, I figured I should learn how to use Windows Movie Maker. I also opened up Adobe's Soundbooth and put together my own remix of one of their song templates to use as background music.
I have decided that from now on I'll be making free image updates via Erotic Illusions. I really love the ease of their new gallery set up. No more having to build a new page and get it uploaded on the free site. I am also able to make some small promo images of some of my new updates as I get them completed. One of my big frustrations is not being able to have eight arms to get to updating the free site.
Currently I'm getting started on the new chapter for Regime Imperia. I'm really hoping these two come together easier than the last two. My software kept crashing, renders were taking an hour, the lighting wasn't coming together. I ended up being happy with the final versions. But, I was relieved to be done with them after two weeks of torment. ;-D
The final bit of news is that I will be one of the monitors over in the Erotic Illusions Forum for the femdom area. Do drop in and join me if you like talking femdom and other things...
Ok, time to get back to work. Next on the list is doing the final bit of post work on the standard monitor of my newest piece so I can get it uploaded today.

It’s been a very busy month for your WebMistress.
First off, I’m proud to say that I will be illustrating all new chapters over at RegimeImperia.com. I really enjoy the stories and look forward to the up coming illustrations. I am also excited about the future possibilities. I was already asked if I’d be interested in perhaps creating some animations down the line.
Do let me know if that is something you’d like me to include in my gallery.
I have made some investments. You should easily see that in the lighting in the most current images. The investment in the Pro lighting set up has really made a difference that I am personally pleased with. I hope that you are too. Creating quality work is important to me.
There is an increase in rendering time that will allow me to more fully develop the stories in the gallery. I received a request to include more writing. Now I am able to do that without it taking away from my time spent working on an image.
I’m content with the stories I have. No matter what mood I happen to be in, I have a set that will suit it. Do let me know if you have favorite characters or a favorite story you’d most like to see more of. That would help me choose what to work on since I do love them all.

I had planned an upload yesterday, but had the software crash unexpectedly, so I’m going to have to go back in and find out what caused the problem. I’m a little frustrated by it after days of work on the piece so I don’t know what I’ll end up creating. Another investment was in props -especially clothing. I now have some sweet vintage dresses and what not to play with, plus some yummy modern leather…
Three new free images will be going up on my free site. Since I have not gotten a new update done, I do want that to be my priority. So you‘ll have to wait another couple of days for them.
Another change has been getting my XPS online. Now that I’ve done that, I hope to be able to keep this more updated. We shall see. I tend to get fully immersed in the piece I’m working on at the time and I kind of get into the zone…
One final note before I open up DAZ and see what we end up with, if you do make a request, let me know you are a member in the subject header of your email so I don’t miss you. The D.D.Ranch came about because of a request so don’t hesitate to write if there is something you’d like to see more of. I won’t guarantee that I’ll indulge you, but ya never know. ;-D

Lots
going on this month for your WebMistress... new self portraits, a new
addition to the Mistress Trina set, and I found a cool new portrait
scene prop that has inspired some work on a Foot Fetish inspired group
of PinUps. I certainly need to brush up on my skills there.
I was approached by the delightfully wicked online femdom soap opera,
Regime Imperia to do an illustration for one of their stories. It looks
like we have come to an agreement and I can't wait to get started on
it. It would be the most challenging piece I have done, so I'm very
excited. If you are not familar the ongoing soap opera, pay them a

Yahoo Group, so you can check them out there as well.
My current plans are still pretty much the same as last month. I'd like
to get back to working on the Temple of the Green Dragon set, Mistress
Trina's set, and also the Priestess Donatella set. I am going to take
advantage of that new prop scene to get in some practice making my
PinUps better. I do have lots of new characters to work with, so no
sense letting them just sit there when I can use them to improve my
skills and bring you some enjoyment.

The Nurse Mandy & the Hacker set is complete. It was a blast creating the images and the story that goes along with it.
I have started a set of Astrology images based on the 12 astrological
signs. I plan on doing them in the order they come along as the year
progresses, but that may change as some signs inspire imagry more
easily than others.
I have begun the Mistress Trina set. I've decided on a Sunday Brunch
type of theme to it where Trina invites a couple of her dominate
girlfriends over with their respective subs in tow. The first piece of
the set was uploaded this morning.
Also started and well underway is an unexpected new set inspired by the
Chinese New Year freebee Eastern Dragon that DAZ gave away. I've called
the set, "Temple of the Green Dragon". It has a tourist trap theme
where unsuspecting male tourists are captured by the temple priestesses
and forced into their service. Images that feature the three beautiful
priestesses are already uploaded. I plan to have the set primarily
revolve around the High Priestess, Bao Yu and the training of her newly
captured slave.
That should keep your WebMistress busy for awhile...

1/15/2008 - New Year 2008 update.
Updates
have been slow over the holidays. Your Webmistress had some personal
issues to take care of. While I'm not very happy about not getting as
many updates done as I'd like, there was nothing I could do about the
situation. Things are again running smoothly and I'm back on track.
The new computer is wonderful. I'm looking forward to creating new
pieces with it. I am having some lighting issues that I need to learn
how to correct, but I have gotten some invaluable assistance from
Nanshakh that is much appreciated. Hopefully I'll be able to iron
things out without too much hassle.
I have added a new image to my free site called, Red Dragon. It's my
first piece using two male subs. It's a fantasy style piece. I hope you
enjoy it.
This week I will finally begin working on the promised Nurse Mandy set.
I had to get all the props into the new computer before I could begin.
I'm looking forward to punishing that nasty little hacker I'm putting
into Nurse Mandy's hands.
At this point, I have more ideas than I know what to do with, so I'm
not sure what will be forth coming after I complete the Mandy set. I'd
like to start on Mistress Trina's set, but since what I plan doesn't
always seem to work out as I'd like, I'll just stay focused on what is
right in front of me and not look too far ahead. My priority is getting
new updates happening on a regular basis. My New Years resolution is to
not let others fuck with my work flow.

10/31/2007 - Now that things are in full swing...
Getting My
Gallery up and running has certainly been a learning experience. I have say
that I am very pleased with the outcome. It is a relief to have everything
finally completely set up so I can just focus on My rendering.
I have made some changes to My original plans. I will be uploading at least
once a week. I am able to make that commitment change because at this moment
Dell is building your WebMistress a brand new custom XPS 420. I can't wait until
the delivery truck pulls up - I'm just shivering with anticipation!
While I
await My new computer, I will be delaying my upcoming scene sets. I had already
started the Nurse Mandy set, but had to make a number of compromises that made
me very unhappy. Now, I can create the scene how I’d like to if I use some
patience. I’ll keep working on this computer until My new one arrives. I’ll
just create simple single images.
I do need
to take the time to acknowledge the help I have gotten from my primary muse, dw.
His service to me has been invaluable. Without his devoted assistance I would
not have been able to pull this together. He is both a wonderful editor and art
critic as well as a provider of insight into the mind and emotions of subs. I
am sure that his input and advice will make me a better artist.

9/15/2007 - Bumps in the Road
Well members, my gallery is ready to go, but there have been some bumps in the road. That is only natural when things are new. Your WebMistress has already screwed up her ability to go in and make comments on the images. That should be remedied soon so I can let you all know what I’d like you to know about each image. The E.I. staff is so efficient that they were finished completing my gallery before I had the last few pieces created. So, right now you don’t have the scenes sets I’ve created. I’m hoping to get that uploaded before any of you surf in. This weekend I’ll be busy with Mistress Ferrari and Mistress Paula so you will have their completed Scene Sets when you sign up. The way things seem to run, I may actually upload more then the twice a month I committed to. I won’t be changing that commitment, but there could be times when you get more then promised. I do want to encourage those of you on MySpace to visit me and add me to your friends list. You can learn more about me and see some additional pictures of me. You are welcome to drop me a note to let me know you are one of my members so I know that you are a special friend, not just some “horny young buck who thinks he’s a stud”. That’s it for now. 9/11/2007 - Realistic Expectations
Things
are moving along dear subscribers. The E.I. staff has already gotten
the initial set up of My site completed, leaving your WebMistress very
pleased. It shouldn’t be long now before you start dropping in to join
Me. As
the title of this entry states, today I have to resign Myself to
accepting realistic expectations. This is proving to be somewhat of a
challenge because your WebMistress is a perfectionist who is unable to
indulge Her desire for it. I have come to the conclusion that if My
gallery is successful enough, first on My priority list is to invest in
a new computer. The further I progress, the more frustrated I have become. I feel like I’m driving an old VW Bus through the streets of San Francisco.
I keep running out of virtual memory, thus am having to compromise a
great deal. Anything not essential has to go. So, the little prop
details I’d like to include sit collecting dust in their folders
unused. More frustrating is the lighting situation. I long for the day
when I can set them up right… sigh… to have complete shadows in every
piece and not have to settle with no more then three lights in a scene. I
am confident these little things won’t be all that obvious to you, or
that it won’t be as big a deal to you as it is for Me if you do happen
to notice how sparse the scene details are. But, it sure is driving me
nuts. Providing the highest quality work I can is important to me. So,
dear subscriber bear with Me as My skills and equipment improve over
the course of this venture. Know that your investment in Me will in
turn be invested in you. Now
that I have vented… it’s back to work. Hopefully I’ll make it through
the day without throwing this ole’ Dell through the window of My office. ;-P

9/3/2007 - Introducing T.L. Mars
This first entry is being written in longhand during Countdown to Green while I wait for my boy, Kurt Busch
to lead the field to the green flag at California Speedway. It's over
100 degrees - has been all weekend. Normally I'd be seething with envy
because I'm not there. But today, I'm grateful I'm sitting here
lounging on my love seat under the ceiling fan introducing myself to
you.
I've spent the last week preparing for the opening of my gallery. It's
been a nerve wracking but rewarding experience. I'm looking forward to
tending to the last little details so I can get back to rendering
new pieces for our enjoyment.
I'd like to give you an idea of what to expect as a member. My plans
are to update twice a month. While it would be wonderful to upload
weekly, I'm simply not set up to do so. I'm currently working on a
trusty ole' Dell Dimension 2400 and I push her to her limits. I want to
be able to upload complete sets not just in bits and pieces. So,
uploading every other week gives me the opportunity to do that.
You can check in here to learn what's up coming. The next Scene Sets on
my agenda are Nurse Mandy's anal probe examination, Mistress Trina's
country kitchen Sunday Brunch, The Egyptian Queen and the barbarian
invader, and a scene featuring your WebMistress taking down a big bad
biker on a hot sexy chopper.
Well, the drivers are climbing in. Time for me to go for now.
